Our topic for today: In my experience in the HVAC industry and at newtons heating and air conditioning in Clearwater Florida i can safely say there is nothing better you can do for your ac system than getting a proper HVAC maintenance. Today i would like to tell you about getting your evaporator coil checked and your condensing unit coil. Both of these coils have tiny slots that air passes through. For your evaporator coil all of the air in your home that you breath passes through it. This is one of the things we would check on a HVAC maintenance and having a clean evaporator coil is crucial to your ac system. Sense air passes through these tiny slots dirt and dusty or hair can start to plug them causing a lack of air flow. This can come from not replacing your ac filters once a month and can be worse if you have kids or pets.
